Dear guests,

 

We wish you a hearty welcome to our bus terminal. We also want to inform you about the Herceg Novi bus terminal house rules.

House rules are very important because they help us secure a welcoming and enjoyable stay for our guests, and to quickly and effortlessly resolve any possible misunderstandings.

Basically, house rules are a set of preferable behaviors, which when respected and followed, help in making the service for our guests impeccable. In the following text read the Herceg Novi house rules in their fullness.

THE PASSENGERS MUST BUY THEIR TICKETS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE

The main activities and services the bus station Herceg Novi provides are the transportation of the passengers, and welcoming and departure of the buses of every transport provider company in Montenegro and other countries, and also the reception and the transportation of the luggage. House rules apply even to services of selling tickets for bus transportation, and also on the information about arrivals, departures, delays and bus ticket reclamations. The passengers are bound to buy their bus tickets before the departure, at the ticket office counter. The ticket must be bought at least 10 minutes before the departure. This rule applies to every bus line, of every bus transportation provider company that uses the bus terminal Herceg Novi. During the tourist season, in the period between June-September, the bus tickets for the international transportation lines must be bought or reserved at least 3 days in advance.

PASSING UNDER THE GATES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

This rule applies to the passenger's movements at the bus terminal Herceg Novi. It applies to attempts of passengers going under, or over the bus ramps or gates. The rule is determined for the safety and the security of passengers and employees of the bus terminal.

THROWING PACKAGES AND LUGGAGE OVER THE FENCE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

This rule applies for the delivery and the receiving of packages over the bus terminal’s fence. It’s forbidden to throw packages, luggage and other objects over the fence of the bus terminal Herceg Novi.

IT’S FORBIDDEN TO JUMP OVER THE FENCE AND CURBS

This rule applies for attempts at jumping over the fence and curbs at the bus station. The rule serves as a safety precaution for passengers and bus terminal employees. Please, for your own safety, use the appropriate entrances and exits to and from the bus terminal.
